Ms. Estevez, Ms. Everett, & Ms. Pickeral received this award for the exemplary customer service they provided during a period of short staffing and high volume of work. Staffing in the Planning Division was down by four positions, one clerical, one Subdivision Plan reviewer, and one long range planner, and the Director of Planning. Without exception this team kept work flow and customer service at the highest possible level. Assuring both internal and external customers were served.
