Charles County Economic Development & Tourism Department is a participating location to pick up the new Maryland Municipal League (MML) Geocaching Passport at the La Plata Town Hall.

The Department of Community Services operates each of the countys Senior Centers, where citizens 60 and older may access a variety of programs and services, including:
Monthly calendars of activities are available at each Senior Center. Transportation is available through VanGO.
Charles County's Senior Centers offer many programs and special events on a monthly basis for your enjoyment. Center visitors may register for these many programs using the computerized "SINEUP" system. This is a touch screen system that allows you to sign in/register for programs with a "pass key" provided at the time you register at the Center. The "SINEUP" pass key is small and convenient, just clip it to a key ring and you're ready to go!
