State of the Art Nutrition Club
New! The object of this club is to become familiar with the latest research and recommendations on state of the art nutrition. We will address why we should eat this way, what we should eat, and how to do it easily. During July we will review and discuss Walter Willett’s ( Chairman of Department of Nutrition at Harvard) book entitled, Eat, Drink, and be Healthy. Following Willet’s book we will review and discuss other books and articles on such topics as omega 3 fats, phytonutrients, and anything else the club’s participants wish to delve into. Willet’s book is available at Borders Book Store for $13. Try to read the first two chapters by the first meeting. Facilitators: Henry and Betty Kostkowski
