0 Bedrooms $923
1 Bedroom $1,168
2 Bedrooms $1,324

Payment standards listed are maximum totals allowed for rent and tenant-paid utilities and do not reflect affordability conditions of each applicant/tenant. Amounts listed are only standards used by the Housing Authority in calculating tenant payments and subsidy levels. These standards do not correlate with approvable rent amounts (which generally are lower than payment standards); rents must be determined reasonable based on market conditions.

HUD pays the difference between 30 percent of the family’s adjusted income and the applicable payment standard. Minimum total tenant payment is 10 percent of gross monthly income.
