Landlord Information
Property owners in Charles County are encouraged to become landlords for the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Owners with available rental units can list their properties on the Housing Authority's available unit listing. Paperwork is minimal for the landlord and rental payments are made the first of the month by the Housing Authority. (Participants may be also responsible for a portion of the contract rent.)
