Recreational Gymnastics Programs
High quality gymnastics available for boys and girls age 2-18 years. Class programs follow USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Program. Day and evening programs available. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes are offered. An annual registration fee is required.

Competitive Gymnastics Team
Recreational Competitive Team follows Mason-Dixon standards. USA Gymnastics Competitive Team Levels 4-10.

Gymnastics Class Programs
Class programs follow USA Gymnastics Jr. Olympic Program. Annual registration fee is $25, plus monthly program fee.
Evening programs available.

Co-ed Super Tots
A parent participation 45-minute class, featuring movement, education, and exploration through gymnastics,
obstacle course, and social interaction.
Age: 2-3, Monthly Fee: $37

Co-ed Super Kids
45 minute class focuses on movement education, body positions, motor skill development,
and social interaction through gymnastics.
Age: 3-4, Monthly Fee: $37

Co-ed Super Kids Elite
Class is one hour. This is the next level after Super Kids.
Age 4-5, Monthly Fee: $46

Girls Aerials
Learn gymnastic skills on each apparatus. Intermediate skills are introduced. All skills are taught
in a fun and progressive manner. One hour.
Age: 6 and older, Monthly Fee: $48

Girls Twisters
One-hour intermediate-level class for students who have mastered all basic skills on each apparatus.
Intermediate skills are introduced. Placement by instructor.
Age: 5 and older, Monthly Fee: $48

Boys Flyers
One hour for novice and intermediate. Fundamentals of gymnastics taught on boy's apparatus.
Focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Age: 6 and older, Monthly Fee: $48

Tumble/Trampoline & Cheer
Tumbling, jumps, and more. High energy class. Exciting for current and future cheerleaders.
Age: 5 and older, Monthly Fee: $48
