This route operates in residential neighborhoods located behind the St. Charles Towne Center Mall in Lancaster, Hampshire, and Dorchester. Additionally, a few residential communities along Middletown Road are included on the St. Charles West route. Both Wade Community Center and Westlake High School are on this route.
