Department of Human Resources consists of 7 full-time staff members and the Director, who reports directly to the County Administrator.

The Department directly serves an employee population of over 500 full-time employees, other agencies and many County residents. It administers a comprehensive program providing a wide variety of human resources-related services to Charles County departments, agencies, employees, retirees, and citizens.
