Program teaches achievable goals, frequent success and tangible rewards. This Fun & Fit curriculum uses beginner to advanced level system to track achievements. Skills are broken into achievable steps. Parents see their child’s successes through their own star poster and award certificates. Each child has a curriculum and evaluation card with bi-monthly progress reports. Elite nurtures an environment where children have an opportunity to be successful and feel like winners. Elite’s own recreational level Competitive Team follows Mason-Dixon standards and competes with other Maryland teams. The Mason Dixon League provides gymnasts with a fun and safe atmosphere in which to enjoy competitive gymnastics. Our emphasis is on having fun while using your skills to the best of your ability. We want ensure that every gymnast gets the same opportunity to compete equally and safely.
Elite’s Competitive Team Levels 4-10 follows the USA Gymnastics Standards. Gymnast will have the opportunity to compete locally, regionally, and nationally.

A parent participation 45-minute class, featuring movement, education, and exploration through gymnastics, obstacle course, and social interaction. Age: 2

The next lever after Super Kids, will build upon previous skills. Class is one hour. Age: 4
One hour for novice and intermediate. Fundamentals of gymnastics taught on boy's apparatus. Focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance. Age: 6 and older
