Park Rules
- Charles County does not assume responsibility for injuries - SKATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- While on skating surface, elbow pads, knee pads and helmet must be worn at all times. Wrist guards are required for in-liners.
- All skaters must be appropriately registered. Skaters under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present at time of registration.
- Do not use ramps/elements beyond your skill level.
- One person, per ramp, at a time. One person per board.
- Skateboards are allowed in authorized areas only.
- Non-skaters are not allowed inside of fenced area.
- Skater etiquette is expected at all times.
- Profanity and recklessness will not be tolerated.
- No glass containers permitted in park.
- Food and drink are not allowed inside of fenced area.
- Participants must enter and exit through the designated area.
- Tagging/defacing park is a crime. Vandals will be prosecuted.
- Alcohol, drugs and smoking are prohibited on park property.
- Fighting or other aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in ejection from the park.
- No personal music devices.
- No loitering, trespassing or skating when closed.
- Any infraction of the rules will result in loss of skatepark privileges
