It is our mission to provide the citizens of Charles County with an effective and economical infrastructure through planning, design and construction of facilities, roadways, water and waste systems as described in the County's Master Plan. This shall be accomplished in a timely, efficient and courteous manner with dedication and quality service and in cooperation with various departments throughout County Government. We are building for the future in cooperation with the citizens and the environment.
