Mr. Shumaker received this award for the overseeing of 650 Development Services Projects under various stages of construction, with a staff of 11 inspectors. He has given special attention to bringing older projects to fruition. He has been able to have 99 projects taken into the maintenance system for calendar year 2005, which allows for County school bus service and snow removal.
