Ms. Wiggen has received this award for her willingness to serve as the lead staff person for the Mattawoman Watershed Plan over a period of three and a half years. Her work with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers helped keep the plan on schedule and make it a successful policy guidance document for the County. The Plan allows the County to protect water quality as development occurs serving both our internal and external customers.
