Ms. Wiggen received this award for her work in establishing land preservation goals for the County’s 2005 Land Preservation, Parks and Recreation Plan update. She coordinated the research and prepared computer maps of currently preserved or protected lands. Her thorough efforts to produce these quality maps in a timely fashion were recognized with appreciation from the County Commissioners and Planning Commission.
