Mr. Litten received this award for assuming the duties and responsibilities of the Water/Wastewater Permit Technician during his extended absence. He reviewed and processed numerous Utility Permits while continuing to perform his duties in the Permit Center as Permit Specialist. Having dedicated employees like Mr. Litten enables PGM to provide needed services to the citizens of Charles County in a timely manner.
