Mr. Abell for the last two years has performed all stormwater management maintenance inspections. During the course of providing stormwater management maintenance inspections, the compliance rate has increased from 30% to 68% and is consistently increasing. Last year 222 facilities were inspected among 152 project sites. His diligence in working to inform and assist the public in regards to maintaining stormwater management facilities, the compliance rate has continued to increase enhancig the public health, safety and general welfare.
