Mr. Martin’s efforts to effectively oversee the construction activities of several CIP Water & Sewer projects and other concurrent projects has proven to be an invaluable asset both the County’s CIP program and Development Services Inspection Program. In the past year he has been recognized for numerous projects. His knowledge and dedication are tributes to both County Government and the citizens of Charles County.
