Doremus Jenkins - April 2006

Since coming to Development Services Inspections, Doremus has set up over 125 new files, revamped the old existing file system of 650 records; assigned inspectors to over 84 newly issued projects; taken in 105 Requests for Assistance (RFA's), and logged/tracked over 75 as-builts. In addition, she color-coded the files and project assignment spreadsheet in order to assist the staff of 11 Inspectors/Supervisor to track their ever-changing project assignments. All of these efforts position us to provide better and more timely service to our customers.
