Ms. Marshall received this award for over the past several months, she has trained a number of part-time staff persons on the bond and development agreement processes, while maintaining over $200,000,000 in active bonds. In addition to these duties, she has continued and maintained the regular processes of the Administration Office while making the transition to an Acting Director for the Department.
