Amy Coombs, Ashley Devane, Etheline Green, Joy Proctor and Susan Cecil - October 2006

Ms. Coombs, Ms. Devane, Ms. Green, Ms. Proctor and Ms. Cecil received this award for their assistance with a customer who did not have a strong command of the English language. Some time our customers who come to the Permit Center may need more help then just filing applications. The customer later related that he was made to feel comfortable and was treated with respect even though there was a language barrier.
