Ms. Dailey received this award for her work coordinating with Chesapeake Bay Critical Area (CBCA) staff and the applicant on the Swan Point Growth Allocation petition, helped ensure successful approval of the County’s Growth Allocation petition by the CBCA Commission. During the approval process, she coordinated with many consultants for the applicant, the County Attorney’s office, CBCA staff, and DNR staff to resolve the complex environmental issues associated with the project.
