Ms. Upchurch, Ms. Weaver, and Ms. Devane received this award for filling in while the Electrical Board Secretary was out on Medical Leave. They went beyond their regular duties to handle the workload of processing over 600 electrical license renewals and over 80 web-based permits. They also maintained a high level of service both internal and external customers.
