Mr. Hamm received this award for his aggressive attempt to solve an immediate need, when the County had to acquire nine Rights of Entry to properties for the Chapel Point Woods Transmission Main project. He was able to acquire eight of the nine Rights of Entry in a little over couple weeks. He did an outstanding job in gaining the confidence of the affected property owners, and convincing them of the urgency of signing the Rights of Entry, so the County could begin construction on this project.
