Ms. Wagner & Ms. Wiggen received this award for their outstanding performance related to the Mattawoman Creek Watershed Zoning implementation. The process included four after-hours stakeholder meetings to discuss strategies for protecting Mattawoman Creek from future development. All their labors resulted in a draft Zoning Text Amendment to implement strategies developed at the meetings. The extra level of effort to complete this difficult task in a short time was exemplary.
