DONNA HARTY

Ms. Harty is being cited for her willingness, perseverance, and take charge attitude as the Acting Assistant to the Acting Director of PGM for the period of Oct 15, 2005 through Oct 15, 2007. During the tremendously busy time of constant change, she maintained Assistant duties and managed to coordinate & edit the Department's Annual Reports for two years. In addition, she acted as coordinator for the entire Charles Co. Govt United Way Campaign of 2006, which well exceeded the prior year's total. She is truly an example of PGM team spirit.
