Mr. Litten is being acknowledged for his outstanding work, perseverance, and numerous hours expended in performing an analysis which will result in enhanced customer service and ultimately cost saving measures for Charles County. This special project required extensive mathematical computations to be performed. His talents for accomplishing such an involved and tedious task, in a limited time-frame, is indicative of a dedicated employee.
