Mr. Puleo is being sited for his key role in processing both school allocations and water and sewer allocation while the Planning Div. was understaffed. His efforts in taking over these critical processes enabled pending projects to move forward, including the complex computations to generate the 2008 School Seat Allocations. While maintaining regular responsibilities, Mr. Puleo accomplished these added duties, exhibiting exemplary dedication and commitment to the mission of this Department as well as to the citizens of Charles County.
