Ms. Sandy played a lead role in developing an organized system by which the Planning Division could review and track incoming plan review submissions simultaneously with the Development Services Division; thereby, providing enhanced internal as well as external customer service. She is also recognized for her role in reviewing the PGM website for updates and modifications. Ms. Sandy's eye for detail and ownership of these tasks are exemplary.
