Ms. Kelley is being cited for her outstanding customer service and presentation abilities. Her exceptional public speaking skills were noted in her capacity as lead Planner for the Towns at Billingsley project. The presentation she gave before the Commissioners was viewed, by both public as well as private sector attendees, as effective and professional. Additionally, in-house staff have noted numerous instances in which she stopped her own duties in order to provide assistance and expertise to fellow staff. She has shown a willingness to extend her work hours to get the job done. She carries her workload with true dedication and as a team player.
