Mr. Gorman & Ms. White have been selected for their performance of the duties as Acting Program Managers for Capital Services Transportation Section from July 2007 to July 2008. During this time, they performed their own duties of Engineer II and Administration Contract Specialist respectively. While Acting Program Managers, four designs went to bid and construction was completed for the Cross County Connector Ph4B/Middletown Road Phase 2 and Middletown Road 1B2. The Rosewick Road CSXT Agreement and the MOT Plan for Western Parkway 1B were also accomplished. Additionally, they were instrumental in preparing the Enhanced Transportation Program's updates and presentation to the Commissioners. We thank them for keeping the Enhanced Transportation Program daily operations flowing during the absence of a Program Manager. With their assistance, we were able to continue our work bringing a better road system to the citizens of Charles County. Again, congratulations for a job well done!
