Staff members of the Planning Division were nominated, by peers, as Employees of the Month for
October 2008.

This recognition is for their part in successfully bringing the first preliminary plan for Swan Point forward to the Planning Commission.  This project was complex, with many state agencies involved, as well as multiple conditions which had to be fulfilled.  Their coordination efforts, countless hours expended, and ability to maintain an efficient and professional handling of your other projects concurrently, were exemplary.
